Every deal, every lender, every deadline, in one place.
Qwalify is where commercial mortgage brokers and originators track deals from first inquiry to close: the pipeline, borrowers and lenders, the needs list and key dates.

The problem
It lives in four places, and you're the one keeping track.
On most commercial deals, the pipeline is in a spreadsheet, the lender list is in a sent folder, the needs list is in an email thread and the dates are in a calendar. One person ends up holding it all together.
01
The pipeline is only as current as the last time somebody updated it
A spreadsheet only changes when someone has ten spare minutes to update it, so the status you're looking at could be weeks old.
02
Which lenders you already went to is in your sent folder
So the answer to “did we ever take this to them?” is a search, and the cost of getting it wrong is asking the same rep twice.
03
The needs list is an email thread
What's outstanding, who owes it and how late it is are all in there somewhere. Finding out means reading the whole thread again.
04
Nobody notices a file has gone quiet until the borrower does
Nothing is watching the dates. Often the first sign a deal stalled three weeks ago is a phone call asking about it.
Qwalify keeps all four on the deal itself. Change a status and your pipeline totals update. Miss a date and the deal is flagged.

Who it's for
Solo originator
One seat for your own book of deals.
Originator with support
Add a processor or an assistant when you need one.
Brokerage
Every originator's pipeline in one account, on one bill.
All three work the same way: one account, with as many people as you need. Adding someone means buying a seat and sending an invitation, not changing plans or moving your data.

Your team
Everyone sees the deals their role calls for.
Brokers, originators, processors and assistants each get access that fits their job. Job role and permission are set separately, so an assistant can support two originators without getting an originator's access.
| Person | Job role | Permission |
|---|---|---|
| Dana Whitfield | Broker | Owner |
| Sam Ortega | Originator | Member |
| Noor Haddad | Processor | Member |
| Elise Tran | Assistant | Viewer |

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Including what Qwalify doesn't do yet.
Do I need a demo or a call first?
No. Self-serve signup is still being built. Until it's ready, join the list and we'll email you the day it opens. If you'd rather talk to someone first, email hello@qwalify.app.
Do you store loan documents?
Yes. Each deal has its own Files area, and you can send borrowers a secure link to upload what's outstanding.
Can I bring my existing pipeline in?
Yes, most of it. You can import borrowers, lender reps, network contacts, lenders and tasks from a CSV file. Deals are entered in Qwalify for now.
How do seats work when someone joins or leaves mid-month?
The partial month is prorated and invoiced right away, so a seat added on the 12th is charged on the 12th instead of showing up on next month's bill. Releasing a seat credits the same way. Only unused seats can be released, so the software never decides who loses access.
Who can see whose deals?
Every record belongs to your firm's account. Each person has a job role (broker, originator, processor or assistant) and a separate permission level (owner, admin, member or viewer), and together they decide which deals that person can see and change.
Is it secure?
Yes. You can turn on two-factor authentication with recovery codes, changing your password signs out every other session, and each firm's data is kept separate on the server for every read and write, not just hidden on screen.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export it, and we'll delete our copy on request.
Be in the first group.
Leave your name and we'll email you the day brokers and originators can sign up on their own. One email when it's ready, not a newsletter.
Qwalify isn't open to everyone yet. We're finishing it now and starting with a small first group of firms.
